I was over at the Cheryl Drive house to pick up some things from the new owner and thought you'd be interested to see what's happened and what's underway there.

Landscaping -- EVERYTHING gone, except row of palm trees along the greenbelt and the orange tree.  Only thing of note in the front is the Port-a-Potty!!

The remaining studs (kitchen wall) will also be removed.  Living room will be filled in, but it's so deep, they'll have to bring in dirt before they pour concrete.
